The Seitai is an educational and training activity that observes the human being in himself. That is, it studies the how and why of its manifestations and of them learns. And to do so, observe its spontaneous movement.

Our body is not a mixture without order of cells, tissues and organs. It is a living being formatted under a rigorous order, the result of a gigantic evolutionary process, which has the capacity to react to very different situations to maintain its own vital balance, adapting to the environment and transforming it. Our body responds to these needs – both internal and external – as a unit, because its various activities maintain a total and absolute interdependence.

Haruchika Noguchi revealed that this capacity of response of the organism as a unit is the work of the five universal movements + and – (tension / distension), which act in the various energetic activities (motor, biological and psychic) of the living being – called scheme Osei- and that make the spontaneous movement.

This observation allowed Noguchi to clarify in what concrete way our structure perceives the world and at all times achieves a dynamic equilibrium, revealing its biological, motive and psychic nature at the same time. In every living being, biological and biochemical functions are essentially the same, but in man they stand out because of the complex psychomotor organization, which allows a peculiar perception of the world and particular manifestations.

It is therefore necessary to observe, understand and cultivate our own nature and spontaneous movement. Ours and those of others. To do so, the Seitai activity uses practices called: katsugen undo and yuki, which help us to understand in an experiential, intimate and faithful way how to learn from these characteristics of our spontaneous perception and expression.

With the discovery of the osei scheme, we can observe the spontaneous movement of life (psychic or mental and biological or biochemical) and its theoretical approaches, through logical thinking and in comparison with current scientific knowledge, allows us to observe the existence of this Logic and the coherence of the observation itself, and thus, raise the issue from the educational point of view.
